delicious slow cooked spareribs over low heat!!!

ingredients:

– 250 gr of brown sugar
– 1 tablespoon: grounded cinnamon
ginger powder
black pepper
grounded cumin
– 2 tablespoons: salt
garlic powder
– 1 teaspoon: cayenne pepper (chili pepper)
cloves, finely crushed in s mortar and sifted, make sure that only the powder goes in!

– 2 kilo spareribs
– aluminium foil, large pieces

preparation:

Preheat the oven to 95 degrees celsius.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Rub in the spareribs, on all sides with the mixture.
Place them meatside down in the aluminium foil.
If there is some seasoning left put it on top of the ribs.
Close the alu foil around the ribs, make sure no air can escape. To be sure I wrap them twice.

Put them 4 hours in the oven at 95 degrees.
Bake them at least 4 more hours at 85 degrees.

DELICIOUS!!!
